We Are Hiring: Sales Manager – Export Markets in Europe

Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the identification of new business opportunities, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and drive sales growth in international markets. You will be responsible for exploring key markets, creating tailored offers, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospect key clients and explore new business avenues across Europe.
Consult & Advise Clients: Provide expert guidance on our products and collections to meet client needs.
Prepare & Present Offers: Create and present customized, compelling proposals to potential clients.
Business Trips Abroad: Travel to meet clients and attend international events.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience: Higher education and proven experience in sales (ideally in an international context).
Client Relationship Skills: We’re looking for individuals who can build long-term relationships with our clients, based on trust and humanity.
Multilingual Skills: Fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian (essential for communication across Europe).
Driving License: Category B and a personal car (a plus for travel flexibility).
Skills & Attributes: Initiative, teamwork, punctuality, and responsibility.
Technical Skills: Proficient in working with PCs and relevant software.
