o Demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. marketing, operations, finance, and emerging technologies
o Demonstrate proven ability to develop and successfully implement business plans
o Have an entrepreneurial approach and vision
o Analytical skills from a product management/profitability perspective
o Influencing and communication skills with client management
o Payments industry experience and knowledge of the Italian banking & payments markets (preferred) Industry knowledge and network (preferred).
o Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office solutions
o Fluent in Italian and English
